13 Ideas to raise your vibration

We are energetic beings with energy and frequency. High vibes are not just a phrase or a mood. Abraham Hicks shares the emotional guidance scale where it can be clearly seen how high vibrational emotions is an upward spiral and low vibrational emotions is a downward spiral. In this article, we will discuss 13 easy and do-able tips and ideas to raise your vibration slowly and steadily across the scale.

It’s good to feel good.

Most often, we believe, there is a pay off in feeling low-vibrational emotions – which is why, we choose them. Yes! We can choose a high or low vibration. This does not mean suppressing emotions but simply shifting your vibration so that you can make highly aligned decisions, attract miracles and embody your true essence.

Low vibrational emotions do not serve us. It is not to say that they are inevitable. Of course, we will go through the spiral journey, but being a consciously aware being, we can choose to climb up the spiral when we choose to.. Low-vibrational emotions keep us stuck and stagnated.

When we are stuck in this phase, we can take some desperate and non-aligned actions. We are not in our power clearly and the lowest vibration of guilt and shame can manipulate us to manifest realities we wouldn’t really otherwise want to.

This is why, when you are in the lower vibrational spiral, it’s highly suggested to take some mindful, conscious steps to swirl up the spiral first instead of reaching out for a fix or instant gratification.

Here are 13 ways you can raise your vibration:

0.1. Meditate

Meditation is by far the most effective way to raise your vibration. You can consciously align your chakras and visualize healing light from the cosmos. If you are new to meditation, I would suggest you to try an application like Insight Timer look for a guided meditation on Youtube.

02. Journaling or speaking positive affirmations

Affirmations are great way to bring yourself back into alignment. You don’t have to shoot big. You can start small. For example, instead of saying or writing that you are a millionaire, you can try affirming that you are attracting opportunities to support your abundance right now. You can say affirmations to remind yourself of your softness and greatness or anchor into gratitude and thanks for the blessings which you already have.

03. Breathwork

Breathwork is not just the hot new talk of the spiritual community but actually one of the most effective tools out there to get out of your mind and into your body. Breathwork is a great releasing practice and will help you to release overwhelming emotions, anxiety, pressure, headaches, stress and ground yourself to the present moment so that you can think and act clearly. Insight timer is again a great place to look for breathwork. I suggest this one.

04. Burn a candle

In ancient science, fire is a purifying element. The act of burning a candle can symbolize burning away the low vibrational energies and entities. Focussing on the flame while it burns can also be very effective to smear away the anxiety and overwhelmingness and come back to the present.

05. Essential oils

Because Essential oils are essentially extracts of flowers and fruits, they are the nectar of mother nature. Naturally, they have a very high vibration and healing properties. Look up for aromatherapy for more insights on essential oils. If you are looking to raise your vibration, go for rose oil and lavender oil, both of which are known to raise your vibes leaving you feel light and closer to divine. You can inhale the essential oil, apply 2-3 drops on your wrists and temples, use it in the diffuser, pour some drops in bathing water and in so many different ways. However, make sure you read the instructions properly before using them since it is a very powerful element and overdose or wrong usage can irritate your skin or body.

06. Sage your space

Smoke is again a purifying and cleansing agent loved in the spiritual community and popularly used before any ritual. Sage-ing your space gets rid of energetic overwhelm, toxic energetic stagnancy or low vibrational entities and psychic attacks.

07. Healing frequency music

Music can be extremely healing to our mind, body and soul. Specifically music encoded with highest frequency can restore our balance, energy and DNA encodings which we often lose in the paradigm that we live in. It’s always a good idea to relax and attune yourself to a tibetan bowl healing music or solfeggio frequency music.

08. Listening or chanting to mantras

Mantras are extremely high vibrational with encoded frequencies in the purest spiritual form of Sanskrit language meant to elevate you instantly. Chanting to these high-vibrational mantras can be healing and restorative. If you cannot bring yourself to chant these sanskrit mantras, it’s okay to simply just listen to them too.

09. move your body

Movement is medicine. When we combine movement with our healing, we can observe miraculous results. Movement unblocks the energy channels and create flow in our bodies hence releasing stagnancy or stickiness. This automatically uplifts your vibration as a lot of energetic, physical and even mental and emotional blocks are released in the process.

10. cuddle

Humans are wired for connections. Touch is a love language that our body understands and acknowledges as LOVE – which is again the highest frequency. Cuddling can release happy hormones like serotonin and dopamine which can reduce stress levels and make us feel safe and loved in our environment – hence raising our vibration.

11. relaxing salt bath

A salt bath is a beautiful remedy to nourish and recharge you. Salt is a detoxification agent and is known to cleanse your energetic field of any toxins or negative energies. A salt bath is bound to raise your vibration as it cleanses you and restores your pure soul energy level.

12. Grounding in nature

Walking barefoot in the ground can connect you to the mother earth energy which can heal and replenish you deeply. It relaxes you through your feet chakra and centres you. If anytime you feel anxious and displaced, walk into. nature and see yourself come into liveliness as nature is the biggest extension of source energy.

13. Pull out an oracle guidance

An oracle guidance can fill you up with hope and inspiration when you cannot find anything on the outside to connect you back to your soul GPS or higher self. Sometimes it’s very difficult to receive inner guidance when we are not in the right vibration. An oracle guidance can help you give a higher perspective in the chaos.
