Welcome to a brand new module!
In this module, we are healing Perfectionism and people-pleasing. We learn all about how we pick up perfectionism throughout our lives and make it our story and let it lead and control us into false timelines. This leading is not aligned to our truth or our intuitive authentic essence but is in fact based on unrealistic standards which always leave us triggered with the wound of ‘not being enough’ and ‘not doing enough’ – which is what manifests a lot of lack in our lives.
Through the workshop, you will learn all the ways in which this narrative has been controlling your life. As you learn that, the workbook gives you an opportunity to go through all areas of your life and examine where you have been letting this narrative lead you away from your truth and authenticity.
There is a daily 10-minute meditation practice that will help you to tap into the places and memories where this pattern has been repeating. This work can come up in multiple layers, so it’s okay if you don’t get that intuitive hit in one go – or on the contrary, receive many memories or downloads of this pattern. Every time you recognize, you are breaking through this pattern.
The tapping is an excellent tool for you to practice and clear away all blocks and programming around perfectionism. Rinse and repeat as many times as you feel like or even when you are triggered by a shadow around this theme.

This is a brilliant ted talk by the queen of perfectionism. You might have seen a lot of references in the masterclass above. It’s a beautiful motivating, inspirational pick-me-up when you feel your vulnerability is a shadow to be suppressed. Come back to it when you need that cheerleading support.

Both books are written by Brene Brown for those who desire to get to the meat of this subject. Brene is not just an author but a Phd research doctor, so you would see a lot of data and research references backing up this narrative. It’s a great one for those of us who tend to have a more logically inclined mind which needs a scientific and analytical backing up to understand these concepts more deeply. For those of you who are reading this for the love of words, skip the data. I promise, the power and wisdom of the words are worth it!
Shame Spiral SOS audio
I love this so much! This is truly a gem for the times when you feel a shame spiral hitting you. Just having the awareness and tuning into this one in the middle of a crisis can be a saviour. When you do notice that shame spiral hitting you, leave everything and hop on to this – save it as a brilliant pattern interrupter.

Inner Critic SOS audio
Similar to the SOS audio above, this is also a great pattern interruptor in the time of an anxiety attack, spiral, or when the mind gets too loud criticizing you for human imperfections and mistakes. However, I also think this can be a lovely tool to tune into on a regular basis for some time to reprogram the negative self talk and disrupt the old programming.
