Hi beautiful souls!
I shared this workshop inside a wellness program hosted by Angela Perger’s The Ayurveda School to help the course takers work with their mindset around adapting a new food culture style like Ayurveda.. In this workshop, I guide to work with your resistance to commit to new practices, new habits, and new routines.
With many of you having new year goals or resolutions, this is a perfect workshop to work with whatever is blocking you from going all in and sticking to these. And when we say, sticking, we don’t mean doing it for the heck of it. We mean being fully inspired and motivated to do them – with joy being the epicenter of it.
Use it when you feel the resistance to adopt a meditation ritual, a health regime, a yoga practice or a new diet.
Grab your journals and bring the commitment to work through any resistance standing in your way to do the new routines which are indeed for your highest good. It’s normal to have resistance even when we are establishing habits or routines which are good for us – simply because we have stuck to old ones for so long. There’s absolutely nothing that can’t be healed in my world as you know!
And so here I am committed to heal all blocks to adapt these well meaning high vibrational NEW HABITS and PRACTICES.
