an exercise to heal ancestral trauma

Ancestral trauma is unresolved trauma passing down through generations until someone in the lineage heals and resolves it. This is extremely crucial in healing ourselves and manifesting our desires.

As we celebrate Independence Day in India, it’s a crucial question to ask if we are REALLY free?

Colonization leaves a deep scar that is reflected on generations to come.

There are a number of traumas that our ancestors have gone through and unfortunately, we are still carrying their pain, fear, and beliefs. Sadly, we are a generation with PTSD and that shows up almost every day in our lives in the form of anxiety, paralyzing fear, not being able to take leadership, poverty consciousness, hoarding mentality, bingeing, slavery mindset, fear of death, execution, losing our loved ones, Abandonment, and so much more.

Sitting on these traumas (literally, since our root chakra stores ancestral information and DNA), we cannot expect our manifestations of big dreams and desires to occur without first clearing these, especially if they feel too big for your mind, or if you would be the first person in your family to be living it.

When we don’t clear, we always manifest through these traumas and pain – and if not, we end up self-sabotaging. This is simply because our body and our mindset are simply not open to receive or even comprehend these beautiful ideas around peace, harmony, abundance, love. This feels simply too good to be true.

And well we all know, we manifest what we believe is possible.

This is NOT to say that give up on your dreams.

No way!

Your soul has incarnated for the very purpose of breaking the chain of suffering.

You don’t have to continue this suffering and looping.

They will continue-ing looping and projecting into our lives like repeated patterns, mistakes and suffering – the toxic cycle continues -Until someone in the lineage stands up to say NO, I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STORY.

Physical freedom is nothing if we are still controlled and operated by our old slavery programmings of limitations.

Do you act like a #sovereign being?
Do you really feel free?
