How To practice living in the INNER union

Inner Union is honestly the backbone of my spiritual awakening + teaching. Everything I teach is rooted in this teaching of Inner Union – the inner Union of Masculine Energy + the Feminine Energy.

The Feminine Energy is the wisdom and The Masculine Energy is the structure to hold that wisdom.

None is better or worse than the other – but simply the universal roles to manifest dreams, ideas, visions, energy to form, matter, reality.

One is nothing about the other. Shiv Shakti Yin Yang.

Whenever you feel stuck, check in with your masculine and feminine energies.

Check in how you are sacrificing one for the other.

Check in where are you out of integrity with one or both of them.

Check where one is put on the pedestal for the other to be worshipped.

The external reality of the war between the polarity is simply a reflection of the war within.

So how can we bring peace to this union within?

How does your feminine feel today?

How does you Masculine feel today?

Who needs your attention today? Who is being neglected?

Whose needs are crawling up on the surface?
