This is a simple reset album split into 5 part meditation series to get back into your body and your energy. You can reach out to these parts one for each day for the next 5 days, do it all at once, or however you please. It clears your mind and your energetic field of residual charge from external influences and environment.
You can carry a practice everyday as a part of your morning or night time routine. These are easy to commit practices, everything under 30 minutes to sail into your new beginnings with a fresh energy.
Things required:
- a yoga mat, couch or bed
- blanket, cushions, plushie
- earphones or speakers perhaps
- water bottle
- something that smells nice (essential oils, diffuser, incense, candle etc.)
- dim lights
- private space
