This month we are exploring the first chakra of the chakra system. This is a beautiful time to ground ourselves with the earth as higher frequency light codes stream from the cosmos.
One of the biggest issues with people like us who are doing this beautiful spiritual work is how we become ungrounded and disconnected from the earthly realms as we desire to reach higher and beyond.
However, just like a tree, when we disconnect from our roots, going higher is not just difficult but impossible.
This is why a lot of us experience lethargy, anxiety, fatigue. Our energy levels drop or sometimes the energy gets excessive and with no earthing to be released, it gets scattered within our bodies.
This workshop is a must if you are manifesting or engaging in spiritual work. Understanding and healing your root chakra will give you a solid foundation of wellness and prosperity to continue this beautiful work on the earthly planes.

- The workbook is a perfect guide to actually DO the work! The workbook for this module is divided into 3 segments:
a) Understanding the current health of your root chakra
b) Dissecting what’s blocking the root
C) Healing tools and exercises to actively heal your chakra this month - The audio meditation this month is a short 7-minute journey to help you daily ground yourself and connect to the Earth. Again, a fantastic tool for this month!!
