SHARING YOUR CONSCIOUS MESSAGE WITH CLARITY + CONVICTION WITH STORYTELLING COACH BARBARA ESTRADA

If you have been sitting with a conscious message in your heart and have not had the courage or clarity to share it fearlessly with the people who are actually waiting for your message, this is the episode for you. You could be an artist, a writer, a lightworker or a conscious business owner, your message is your story. Your story is what connects to people and bring them closer to you and your work. However, having first-hand experience, I can vouch that this is not as simple as that sounds.

When we go on to share our personal stories, it can bring in a lot of fear and what-ifs. We are scared of judgments, we are scared of disagreements and being separate from others. Taking a stand is apparently not easy – if it was, everyone would have been doing it, no?

Shivani, the host of Conscious Revolution Podcast, interviews Barbara Estrada to have her share her wisdom and experience of sharing our conscious messages with world. Barbara is an ex journalist and currently helps brands/people find stronger ways to tell their story through 1:1 and educate people on social media through workshops.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Barbara has always had a deep connection to her Cuban heritage. Although she was born in the U.S., she always lived her life thinking she was one culture and as her story has evolved, she recognizes her “in the hyphen” experience. Barbara graduated with a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the University of Southern California where she has worked for both corporate America and as a freelance journalist. The year, 2020, has been her year of entrepreneurship as well as the further awakening of her spiritual journey as the #soulpreneur she embodies both on and off line.  Barbara contributes to VICE, We are Mitu, HyperAllergic, Latino Rebels, and The New York Times within others.
